Elie's a seasoned Digital, Product & Innovation leader as well as an ex-entrepreneur. He loves making start-ups successful by delighting their customers.

He's worked at global blue chip companies including The Royal Bank of Scotland, eBay, Aviva and the Santander Group where he is currently Chief Product Officer at Asto by Santander.

Elie also launched his own start-up, Loocl in 2014 which was acquired in 2016 and has first hand experience of the entrepreneurial journey. Having exited Loocl, Elie was approached by start ups for advice and coaching which he now does part time.

Elie has a Bachelor of Science (Computing Science) sub-majoring in International Management with First Class Honours and is a member of Mensa.

He's passionate about social, economic and environmental sustainability and strives to live by the mantra "be the change you want to see." He's also an avid gamer, yoga practitioner and tennis player.
